Minnesota Sovereignty Project

Our Founding fathers feared ONE thing above all others…a government with too much power! Many of them, including Patrick Henry, addressed this fear by demanding that the First Ten Amendments, known as the Bill of Rights be added to the Constitution.

As an American, a Minnesota resident and a disabled combat veteran that took an oath to defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, I expect nothing less from any elected public servant who also takes an oath to serve, protect and defend the Constitution!

We are asking for your help to restore our State Sovereignty as provided under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution by supporting Minnesota House Files 997 & 1437, get them to a hearing and then on to the Minnesota House floor for a vote and passed. This non-partisan legislation would be a great step forward to recognize that We the People of Minnesota HAVE THE CONSTITUTIONAL OPTION to say NO to out of control government spending and taxation, NO to unauthorized, unfunded federal mandates, and NO to unauthorized, unconstitutional federal legislations and regulations.

You can help!! Copy the following note! Click on HOME and email the following note to all non-HOUSE AUTHORS, those that have chosen not to honor their oath to serve, protect and defend the Constitution, including the TENTH AMENDMENT! Beginning in January and repeat in February, March and April 2010!

You can help!! Encourage all that you can to do the same thing!!

We the People of Minnesota seek your support!

Please co-author and support House File 997 and 1437.  This is non-partisan legislation to allow We the People of Minnesota to regain our State Sovereignty as provided for under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution.
It is my understanding that all 134 seats in the Minnesota House of Representatives are up for re-election in November 2010.   Your voting constituents that want to know where you stand can visit website www.mnsovereignty.org and learn if you did, in fact, honor your oath to support their CONSTITUTIONAL OPTION provided in the Tenth Amendment!

Thank You!

Tenth Amendment
