Say you change your filing status to 15 and just dump the cash into a personal account to hold it hostage until the government can spend it responsibly (lol).

I live in Elk River and would love to be a part of the Tea Party movement. It is time for all who have been standing on the sideline justifying it with the “others will do it” attitude, to stand up, donate time and resources to a TAKE BACK AMERICA revolution. There is simply no more time for procrastination, we as a people must unite and act.
Is there a tea party in Austin or Owatonna on July 4th?
I was looking for the location of the St Cloud tea party on July 4th. I was only able to find this post “In St.Cloud MN we changed the place for the TEA Party to the new Public Library on W.St. Germaine between 12th and 13th St. near the Bremer Bank. Please correct the place somebody!!! Thanks!” but it was written prior to the April 15th gathering. Does anyone know if the same location is being used for tomorrow’s tea party?

Tea Party folks are welcome to join Tom Emmer’s campaign and walk with the Wright County Republicans in the Delano parade. It starts at 10:30am. Line up starts at 9. Our float will be in position at the high school by 10. There will only be about 30,000 people at the Delano parade
Really want to go to tea party in St Cloud since I can’t find one in Willmar this time. I haven’t seen any information on location and time for this area. Please e-mail and let us know asap. Thanks Barb and Jon
I’m still waiting to hear back abouta Tea Party in St. Cloud. Maybe we should just plan to meet at the courthouse at 1:00 and gather as many people as we can! What do you think?
Does anybody know if Duluth is having a tea party on the 4th of July? I heard there was, but I don’t see any information on it.

We are fed up with what is going on in Washington. I believe it is totally corrupt. Big pots of money in the form of grants going to line politician supporters, politicians campaign funds, and politician family members. When are people going to wake up and put a stop to this insanity? We have called and emailed our congressional representatives they are not listening. They seem to think they know better than we do. Totally disgusted with state and federal politicians.
I agree big Thank You toi Gov. Pawlenty for not backing down and actually following through with his promise of not raising taxes.

The July 4th event at the St. Paul Capitol is taking shape.
1) We need to get the word out
2) We need to raise funds
3) We need event monitors
I would like to help with the Tea Party in St. Paul on the 4th of July – but I don’t know what is needed. Is there a website that a person can go to with a list of things that need to be done? I was at the April 15th event and think these events have to keep happening!!

We are now able to publicize the event in St. Paul. We are scheduled from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on the upper and lower malls of the State Capitol. We have a “Tentative” approval of our permit. However there are still some details to sort out. We will be announcing another Planning Meeting this week. Please stay tuned as we move forward with this endeavor. Interested in helping out in St. Cloud, need to know times and such. Can’t do much along the line of planning or organizing, but would be willing to do grunt work on the 4th of July.

I am willing to help in any way I can. My son is getting married in 3 weeks, so for now I am busy. I belong to the The New 912 Coalition and will pass on any information for the Tea Party Patriots. There are people in Minnesota wanting to take the Tea Party movement further. Reading the emails, I do believe Taste of Minnesota is slated for the 4th. Our non-journalistic media will be to busy covering that and not the Tea Party.
We will go to the July 4th Tea Party,but unfortunately can’t organize. We just do not have the time. We are working 12 hours a day. But I will pass on the information as soon as it is available. I do check my email every few days. Remember isn’t the 4th also the time that St Paul has the Taste of Minnesota? There should be alot of people in that area on the 4th! Parking again would be hard to find.
I’m kinda shocked that Milaca is having a Tea Party. It’s such a small town and the towns around it are all REALLY small too… it’s so close to St. Cloud I would think they’d all just go to that one.
Who knows… maybe the Milaca one will have more of a turnout than the St. Cloud one because all the itty bitty towns will go to that one.

The call was hosted by Governors Rick Perry and Mark Sanford.
They seem to be in support of the “Tea Party” movement and supportive of a return to a Constitutional Government.
They were very clear that this was hosted by the Republican Governors Association and not the Tea Party Patriots. Still I believe that it’s worth the hour or so to listen.

Also, I would like to extend a thank you to Governor Pawlenty for not accepting the proposed budget which consisted of more Taxing and Spending. Ladies and Gentleman lets keep our elected representatives accountable – remind them that it is they who serve us! Locally, on a State Level, and Nationally
I am very interested in the TEA Party July 4th at the St. Capitol. I am not adverse to volunteering and have others that will help.
I just do not have the time to organize, but please keep me posted on TEA Parties and if I can help.
